The Christmas Tree Hunt

Alex asked us to find a christmas tree that she could decorate for her son Mel. So, Chris and I set off and headed for the nearest big city, Nelspruit, in search of a tree. Nelspruit is supposedly the fastest growing city in Africa so we were bound to find a tree. Despite our best efforts, we were not able to nab a tree that someone was prepared to part with.

Most peoples' reactions were similar to the lady in the last photo and went something on the lines of wtf.
